SHIPPING & RETURNS
- We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99.
- For all orders over $75 we offer FREE shipping.
- Most of our clothing is printed on-demand and is customized for each order.
- Due to the high demand for product we have lowered our prices to accommodate long shipping times. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery as we are a very small operation with a very high amount of volume. I am sure you moms out there know how balancing a career and your family is not always easy. But I will take into consideration reasons that a prompt shipping time might be required.
- When you place an order, I will email you a shipping invoice. Please use the order # on this invoice to follow up with the status of your order. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a USPS tracking number.
- We offer gift shipping. Please inform us that you would like the product gift shipped. All gifts will come with a gift receipt and a 10% coupon for a future purchase.
We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office or Yourself.
If your package has not been received within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.
We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If we shipped the package to the address that you provided us, we are not responsible for those goods if they become lost or stolen.
Refunds and Exchanges
- We have a 20 day refund policy. This begins on the date the product was considered delivered to you from the post office.
- If it is past 20 days, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If you are unhappy with the size of the product, you may exchange it as long as it is in all of its original packaging and there is no damage to the product.
- Items that are discounted or on sale are considered final.
- There are no exchanges or returns on discounted items.
- Holiday items are not returnable and all sales are final.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
Customer is responsible for postage of returns or exchanges.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 days.
- Paypal orders will receive a store credit.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items include Free Shipping promotions.
- To return your product, you should contact us at email@example.com to arrange for the return.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- We are not responsible if your return is lost in the mail and will not process a refund or exchange without the original item in question.
